Each hat body represents a cherished traditional art form, carefully hand-woven by our team of skilled artisans in Sandoná, Nariño, Colombia. The Fino quality features 15-17 horizontal fibers per inch, creating a lightweight, soft, and beautifully balanced foundation for modern Panama hats. 

Versatile Application
These panama hat bodies can be used with traditional open crown blocks and subsequently hand-shaped to achieve the desired form. They contain no added gums or stiffeners, allowing hatmakers full creative freedom in their finishing process.

  Shipping Policy for Hat Bodies (Unfinished Felts and Straws)

  We offer free shipping on all of our products—except for hat bodies (both straw and felt)—due to their unique shipping conditions. These items are lightweight but bulky, and sometimes matching or exceeding the product’s price.

  Because of this, shipping for hat bodies is calculated separately. After you complete your purchase, we will personally calculate the shipping cost based on the destination and the box size required. We will then send you a secure payment link for the exact shipping fee.

  Once the shipping fee is paid, we will share the tracking information and ensure your order is safely on its way.
