At Superior Hats, each hat is a unique, high-quality creation, custom designed to reflect the style and personality of our customers. Because of this customization, returns are not accepted in most cases.

Of course, we accept returns and exchanges. We do not have a generic policy. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of satisfying our customers. We treat our customers fairly and expect them to treat us the same way.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product you have received, we encourage you to contact us immediately, we will review your case with the utmost care and attention.

If your non-conformity is due to an error or a quality flaw in the product, please contact us immediately indicating the reasons for your dissatisfaction. Write to us at info@superiorhats.com and we will carefully review your case and give you a formal reply within 5 days with precise indications.

Please note that returns are only available for unused merchandise in the original packaging. We do not accept returns sent directly to us without prior evaluation.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled more than 5 days after the order has been placed. If you wish to make a change, you may do so within the same period. After this time, we may have started the manufacturing process with your customized instructions, in which case the materials can no longer be used.

 

Upon completion of the analysis process and acceptance of your return request, we will refund your money to your original method of payment within 5 business days of receipt and inspection.
