The result is a balanced material with more structure than Fino quality while keeping a lovely soft touch — proportioned in a taller crown and wider brim to suit western silhouettes.

Western Application All our bodies undergo careful selection and weaving processes to satisfy the most demanding hatmaking needs. Ideal for traditional western-style hats, they provide a perfect foundation for premium custom creations. These bodies can be paired with traditional open crown blocks and hand-shaped to the desired form. They contain no added gums or stiffeners, providing hatmakers complete creative freedom.
