We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We also reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or unauthorized distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases. You must promptly update your account information, including your email address, payment method, and shipping address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Superior Hats accepts the following payment methods: credit cards, PayPal (with an additional platform fee of 6%), direct bank transfers, and direct transactions in Colombia.
By providing payment information, you authorize Superior Hats to charge your payment method for the purchase amount, plus any applicable taxes or shipping fees. All transactions are final unless otherwise stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
